A lone Spingbok (Springbuck) (Antidorcas marsupialis) in the veld, late afternoon Black Mountain, or Thaba Nchu. The spiritual homeland of the Basotho people who have lived here for hundreds of years. Located about 70 kilometres east of Bloemfontein, the Maria Moroka Nature Reserve lies at the foot of the Thaba Nchu Mountain.
