Ann's Villa is situated along the Suurberg Pass near The Addo Elephant National Park. It was built by Scottsman, John Webster in 1864 as a hotel, blacksmith repair shop and a supply store for pioneers travelling from Algoa Bay ( now Port Elizabeth ) and the Karoo town of Cradock. It has now been restored and offers travelers self-catering accommodation and has a blacksmith museum and the original supply store. It is one of the most isolated overnight spots in Southern Africa.
