Gay van Hasselt stands in the cooling room with some of the Guernsey milk cheeses she produces in her business called 'Gay's Dairy'. Her husband, Clive, a well known South African Mohair farmer,died a few years ago. She now also manages their Mohair Goat farms in the Prince Albert district.
