Rock sculpture by South African artist, Andries Botha, of a crouching white lions before an attack. The works is m long and tall and made of king quartz crystal from a nearby hill and is encased in a galvanised steel frame. It faces north along the hilolic meridian to Giza in Egypt. White lions are important in local African mythology. It stands in the veld of a large white lion protection reserve near Timbavati.
