The Atlas Cheetah C jet fighter, now retired from the South African Air Force (SAAF), shows the distinctive delta wing of its origins as the Dassault Mirage III built in France. It has improved systems and a more powerful Snecma Atar 09K50 engine. This model belongs to Denel Aeronautics (previously called Atlas Aircraft Corporation).
