The sun rises over the Grootrivier estuary or lagoon at Natures Valley along South Africa's Garden Route. This area forms part of the Tsitsikamma National Park which is world famous for its coastal trail called the 'Otter Trail'. Tsitsikamma means 'Place of roaring water'; so named by the Khoisan Peoples that lived along these shores in ancient times.
