The first Presbyterian minister to visit Lewistown wasRev. E. P. Linnell, in the spri^g^ of 1886. Rev. R. M. Stev-enson visited Lewistown and A^^lite Sulphur Springs in Oc-tober of the same year in order to choose a field for Edwards, who had just finished his studies at Prince-.
