J. large bronze statue of the companys latepresident, A. J. Cassatt. Mr. Samuel Rea, second vice-president,in opening the ceremonies paid a hightribute to the late president, and Mr. W. Cuyler presented the statue to theboard of directors of the road. In accepting the statue Mr. McCreasaid: It is fitting and proper that the un-veiling of this statue should be coincident with the official opening of the great ter-minal which the Pensylvania RailroadCompany has, prompted by his foresightand courage, builded for itself in this,.Vmericas greatest city. The statue occupies a conspicuous placein the new building standing at the headof the grand stairway at the end of themain waiting room.
