This is Winston Churchill 's 1954 Land Rover S1. It was presented to Sir Winston Churchill on his 80th birthday on 30 November 1954, complete with a UKE 80 registration number. It was largely used for him to potter about his estate at Chartwell until his death in 1965. It spent decades in a farmer's shed after that. Picture by Roger Bamber
