Glasse Island in Bremer Bay on the remote southern coast of Western Australia. Mt Barren is in the background.

Bremer Bay on the Great Australian Bight in southwest Australia is the departure point for whale-watching charters to Bremer Canyon, a deep, 5000m cleft in the Southern Ocean that lies 65km offshore. The canyon attracts a variety of marine life, in particular Orca hunting whales.
