A PERSONAL WORD October 19, 1972 Dear Friends, The leaders of our State Convention have introduced a three-yearprogram called Together We Advance. This is a four-point programinvolving a 10°]o increase each year in Baptisms, Sunday School enroll-ment, gifts through the Cooperative Program and the AssociationalMission Program. This is the first time any State Convention has in-cluded gifts through the Association in long range planning. Thispoint alone should sell the program to any church. Our Cooperative Program gifts have not increased with the a five year period total gifts have increased by $580,,while Cooperative Program gifts have increased only $16, OurBaptism ratio was 1-25 resident members for 1970-71.
