Ribboning cutting. The Necedah National Wildlife Refuge visitor center grand opening was a true community gathering, with local Girl and Boy Scouts, Congressman Ron Kind, Regional Director Tom Melius, Acting Deputy Director of the USFWS Greg Siekaniec all joining Necedah Refuge Manager Doug Staller in cutting the ribbons of this beautiful 12,000 square-foot Center.
