Mada'in Saleh. Well in the ancient city of Mada'in Saleh (or Hegra). Mada'in Saleh is a pre-Islamic archaeological site that was part of the Nabatean Kingdom. It lies in what is now the Al Madinah Region of Saudi Arabia. Nabatea existed from around 168 BC up until it was annexed by the Roman Empire in AD 106. It's capital was the famous site of Petra, now in Jordan.
