An ante-room inside the Iranian Mosque, Al Wasl Road, Dubai the Main prayer room is just through these ornate wooden doors. The main area has four heavilly decorated pillars supporting its dome. The blue mosaics are charactristic of Iranian Shi'ite Mosques. I was given kind permission to take this image but needed to hurry as prayer-time was imminent. My attention was drawn to this very important banner script in Farsi and Arabic but have not yet had these interpreted.
