Day trippers hike up the hill Ile d'Entre (Entry Island in English) on the Magdalene Islands. Entry is one of only three English speaking communities in the mostly French-speaking archipelago in the Gulf of St. Lawrence. The tiny island, only 10 square km's, has a population of about 120 people mostly of Scotish descent.
