Sow in rows about 15 inches apart, thinning out to 3 inches between plants. One ounce of seed will sow 100 feet of drill; 2 to 3 pounds to the acre. Danvers Half Long Flesh dark orange; smooth, hand- some roots of medium length; ta- pering uniformly to a blunt point; very productive and a great favorite with mark?t gardeners.
