A driver seen clearing snow from his truck during a sunny winter day on the outskirts of Srinagar, Indian administered Kashmir. Weather in the Kashmir valley has shown improvement after the heaviest snowfall. The main National Highway that connects the valley with the rest of the country remained closed for the sixth consecutive day following an avalanche killing seven people including the three policemen, the two firefighters and the two prisoners. The weather man has forecast heavy rain and snowfall from Feb 13.
