UNITED STATES - June 26, 2017: Volunteers Jason Williams and Alex Quinn try too keep pace as Alex gives them a run for the money. Kids with special needs and volunteer spotters had a chance to ride specially built bikes for children with mental and physical disabilities in the Tuscarora High School Gym in Leesburg.
