During a trip to Coast Guard Sector San Juan, Puerto Rico, Nov. 2, 2017, actor Esai Morales experienced a command center briefing, an area familiarization trip aboard a 33-foot special purpose law enforcement craft and a tour of the Coast Guard Cutter Isaac Mayo, a 154-foot fast response cutter.
