Shark bite on the left arm of a scubadiving master. This approximately three week old bite was caused by a Whitetip Reef Shark (Triaenodon obesus) which was excited into a feeding frenzy by chicken scraps used to lure Nautilus up from the deep for tourists. It likely confused the divers arm for an eel and fortunately only inflicted a test bite. More than 30 stitches were required to close the wound.
