A funeral taking place in the churchyard of St Michael Parish Church in Weston-Under-Wetherley, near Leamington, aka "Weston", in Warwickshire, England. There is evidence of a 12th-century church, but early in the 13th century the church was almost entirely rebuilt; the tower was built early in the 14th century, except the top stage, added late in the 14th century.

A funeral taking place in the churchyard of St Michael Parish Church in Weston-Under-Wetherley, near Leamington, often known by locals as just "Weston" in Warwickshire, England. The church stands on a bank above the road and has a small inclosed churchyard. There is evidence of a 12th-century church, but early in the 13th century the church was almost entirely rebuilt; the tower was built early in the 14th century, except the top stage, added late in the 14th century. It's likely that William Shakespeare visited the village, and we know that in November 1605 a group of men, including Robert Catesby, who were involved in the gunpowder plot, passed through the village as they fled from London after the arrest of Guy Fawkes.
