Army Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Klovstad, E-3 Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) battery 1st Sgt., receives the E-3 ADA THAAD colors from Army Capt. Antuan Aaron, E-3 ADA THAAD battery commander, during a change of command ceremony at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Dec. 19, 2018.
