NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (March 11, 2019) Information Systems Technician 2nd Class James Watts, from Titusville, Florida, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) combat systems department, receives his Enlisted Information Warfare Specialist certificate during an awards-at-quarters ceremony in one of Ford's weapons handling areas. Ford is currently undergoing its post-shakedown availability at Huntington Ingalls Industries-Newport News Shipbuilding.
