Yangon, Myanmar - 28 January 2013. The Shwezigon Pagoda is a major Buddhist temple located in Nyaung-U, a town near Bagan, Myanmar. Its construction began during the reign of King Anawrahta and was completed in 1102 AD. The pagoda is believed to enshrine a bone and tooth of the Buddha.
