The wire used is flat, as shown in Fig. small i horse-power C. & C. niotor, shown in Fig. 17, is interesting as being madewith a complete Wheeier regulator, by which it can be run at any speed. The Thomson-Houston stationary motor, shown in Fig. 18, is made m different sizes,from 1 to 15 horse-power.
