Length feven inches and a half. Inhabits Ruffia -, not Sibiria. Is found in Sweden and Chriftianjoe. The Count De Buffon fays, he received one from Loui/tana. I ima- gine, that, as the Norwegians give the Great Shrike and this a name, that they may be found in their country. The firfl: they call Klaverf, the laft Hanvark. Mr. Ekmark has obfei'ved both of them, only during fummer, in Eajl Gothland -, but is not certain whether they winter. Each Ipecies appears in Italy in the fpring; retires in A.
