Benjamin J Allbritton’s pennant during amphibious assault ship USS Boxer’s (LHD 4) change-of-command ceremony held on the flight deck. During the ceremony, Capt. Ronald A. Dowdell relieved Allbritton as the ship’s commanding officer.
