An early printed photograph of the Brothers Grimm (Jakob & Wilhelm) known in German as die Brüder Grimm or die Gebrüder Grimm. Jacob Ludwig Karl (1785–1863) and Wilhelm Carl (1786–1859), were German academics and authors who collected and published folklore during the 19th century, bringing us some of our best known fairy tales such as Cinderella, Snow White,Rapunzel, Rumpelstiltskin, Hansel & Gretel, Sleeping Beauty and Snow White (to name only few).
