Ipswich Dockland development West end
The mainly white building is Jerwood Dance House with The Mill apartment block above, most of which is still a shell in 2013. Some of the warehouse revelopment at the West end of the old docks is still in progress. Several of the projects have run out of finance but we hope will be completed eventually. The wood cladded building has been completed and is occupied, but the lower shop units are empty and boarded up.
