JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO - FORT SAM HOUSTON - (July 28, 2021) Chief Constructionman Andrew McCauley, of Wellington, Fla., a military enlisted processing classifier assigned to Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) San Antonio, was promoted to the rank of senior chief petty officer by Cmdr. Stephani Simoni, acting commanding officer, Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) San Antonio at the Warrior and Family Support Center.
