Maj. Gen. Timothy J. LaBarge. Commander, New York Air National Guard, addressed the TIME (Technical Sergeants Involved in Mentoring Enlisted Airmen) conference on June 22 at the Innovare facility, located at Griffiss International Airport in Rome, The TIME conference involves 81 technical sergeants from all five New York ANG wings and the Eastern Air Defense Sector. New York ANG Command Chief Master Sgt. Denny Richardson opened the conference, which provides lessons and small-group discussions on leadership, professional management skills, resiliency, and mentorship.
