Williams (DDG 95) heave lines as the ship arrives at Naval Station Rota, Spain, for a scheduled port visit July 16, 2017. James E. Williams, homeported in Norfolk, is on a routine deployment to the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
