A table of real ale bottles waiting to be boxed for delivery. The beer is bottle conditioned and is a 'Live' product, as opposed to filtered and pasteurised. The yeast left in the bottle continues to slowly ferment the residual sugars left in the beer from primary fermentation, and this carbonates the beer to the correct level for drinking. The time left in the bottle also helps to improve overll flavour and appearance
