Billingham manufacturing plant in Stockton-on-Tees, UK, and brownfield land with shipping containers. The Billingham plant started life at the beginning of the 1920s to produce ammonium nitrate for use in explosives, and later for agricultural chemicals. It currently manufactures ammonium based fertilizers and various other chemicals.
