Birmingham Daily Post December 13, 1864; - Newspaper report of pickpockets at court were accused of attempting to pick pockets at New Street Station (London and North Western Railway Company John Cummins and his wife Ann Cummins of no fixed abode were represented by a Mr Palmer, presumably a solicitor and were prosecuted by a detective Charles Cotton before T C S Kynnersley (stipendiary), T Lloyd and J Poncia.
