PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Jan. 24,2018) Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Five (NMCB5), are laying down cement and blocks to create the foundation of a new building during a block laying training course. NMCB5 is conducting training to help ensure safety, proper technique usage, and help familiarize new Seabees with the equipment in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
