So pleasant, nevertheless, was this littlemake-believe interior that we rarely enteredfor a rehearsal without discovering and dis-turbing sundry reading animals who had creptinto it as a quiet and congenial environ-ment, and who frequently and regretfullysuggested that it would be desirable as apermanency.
