Mt. McKay is on the Fort William, First Nation Reserve. It is considered a sacred place for the First Nation peoples. The mountain is 483 meters and is part of the Nor'Wester mountain range. The rock forming Mt. McKay is precambrian rock. A flat top lays at the top of the Known for it's scenic views, Mt. McKay has hiking trails leading to the top of the mountain.
