PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (Sept. 15, 2015) Members from both Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and 647 Civil Engineering Squadron clear debris from a fallen tree on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH). Southern fringes of Jimena brought heavy rainfall throughout the state adding more moisture to the already saturated ground causing trees to topple over.
