A waste disposal truck overturns and sheds its twenty ton load of refuse material at a junction above the A19 in Howden, North Tyneside., UK.

This trucks accident in July 2004 at the junction, with Tynemouth Road is identical to an earlier accident in April of that year upon the same roundabout above the A19 duel carriageway in North East England. Where these articulated heavy goods vehicles had been travelling from a waste disposal site and in some cases clipping cars and almost tipping over as they negotiated the roundabouts junctions for there exits.
