On-Spec: Colin Burnett-Dick, from Chuck Hatch, East Sussex, with one of only nine genuine Lady Penelope puppets made for the Thunderbirds TV series in the 1960s. Burnett-Dick paid £22,000 for the puppet at auction in November and this week got her back from a restoration project to get her back to her original condition.
