Rust developed fast under most favorable conditions (fogey weatfier) during the middle and latter oart of Julv. These two dis- eases alone have runted a moct promising crop, the best Drospert bcuth Dako-ca has had in years. Many fields not make more than one or two bushels per acre and that of inferior grade.'
