DUVAK OF Jefferson County. M. N. Duval, Republican, is serving his second term as the Representative fromJefferson county. He was born in Wellsburg, W. Va. Later he moved to Jeffersoncounty, Ohio. He attended the public schools at New Alexandria, the high schoolat Wellsburg, and spent one year at Mt. Union College. He taught a while and thenattended Scio College, land is now a student of law at the Ohio State University. belongs to the Masonic Order; also to Sigma Nu college fraternity of , and to the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity of O. S. U. He was elected withoutopposition to the 74th Oeneral Assembly and re-elected in 1901 to the 75th GeneralAssembly. He is a member of the standing committees on Finance, Railroads andTelegraphs and is chairman on Corporations. (416)
