170916-N-TR141-0479 WESTERN PACIFIC (Sept. 16, 2017) Members of the color guard stand-by during a chief pinning ceremony held aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Chafee (DDG 90). Chafee is part of the 3rd Fleet and Naval Surface Forces, currently deployed to the 7th Fleet area of responsibility on a routine scheduled deployment.
