Lt. Col. Glen Hardin, a flight surgeon with the Iowa Air National Guard’s 185th Air Refueling Wing, demonstrates intubation in which a tube is inserted in a patient to help keep their airway open. The training was part of training the unit’s medical group conducted while at Camp Rilea, Oregon. The Airmen were in Oregon to participate in Pathfinder-Minuteman, a mass causality exercise.
