ATLANTIC OCEAN (Dec. 15, 2016) – Petty Officer 2nd Class (SW) Patrick Holmes climbs down a rope ladder aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) to board a rigid-hull inflatable boat (RHIB) for a visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) exercise. Carter Hall is underway with the Bataan Amphibious Readiness Group (ARG) participating in ARG/Marine Expeditionary Unit Exercise (ARG/MEUEX).
