Altar of Chinse deity - Hotei, near the entrance to a tea-growing valley at the Wuyi-Shan Mountains, Fujian province of China. The mountains are birthplace of the Da Hun Pao (Big Red Robe) tea plant variety. In the middle of XIX century the tea seeds were smuggled from China to India by Robert Fortune, British botanist. These seeds were germinated in India, giving start of famous Darjeeling tea.
