Tess Cottage and St Osmond's church, Evershot


Evershot was named Evershead in Thomas Hardy's novel Tess of the d'Urbervilles, and Tess Cottage is reputed to be where the heroine stayed when visiting the village. The cottage is now a Grade II listed building.
