New Giant Pascal—The largest and best variety of Celery, and of superior keeping qualities. The stalks are very large, thick, solid, crisp and of a rich, nutty flavor, free from any traces of bitterness; it blanches easily and quickly and retains its freshness a long time after being marketed.
