Harbour bus at Knippelsbro Bridge in the port of Copenhagen. (Or Knippels Bridge, as bro means bridge in Danish. The name derives from a bridge caretaker from 1641). This bridge was inaugurated on 17th December 1947. One of the bridges connecting the island Amager to the rest of Copenhagen. The two functionalistic bridge towers on Knippelsbro from the 1930's, architect Kaj Gottlob.
